is there a luv button for PenFed or must I call to ask for a CLI ?

You could fill out the online app or you could just call. Makes no difference. Is there a Citi type request a credit limit increase? The answer is no.

The amount you put in on the o/l app is the total new CL, not the amount of the increase.

Best thing is to get a CSR on the line and have them talk you through it. If your last credit pull was within 60 to maybe 90 days (no one knows for sure) they will use it. When you originally applied they did establish a limit for you which may be greater than what you asked for. If so the CLI will be easy.
