So couple weeks ago i made a purchase by sending someone $20 thru paypal but i didnt notices that my PPSC was set up as primary way of payment so the money was sent from my SC account instead of my checkings and i didnt noticed. 
my payment was due on the 11 and i signed in to my paypal account on the 12 and noticed it was late already and was charged a 20 late fee. Is this gonna be reported negative on my account with them? Also when i was approved for 300 back in july and now my spending power is 2200

You should be ok it has to 30 days past due from due date for negative reporting.
Thank god! My first late payment ever so im pissed i forgot and had to pay the late fee >
You can usually call your CCC, explain what happened, and they can waive your late fee if you've had good payment history for the past 6 months I would consider that before paying the late fee.
