left garden for 2k CL

I requested increase CL for my discover CC.they turn me down. I called recon and took HP for approved 2k CL from 1k5 to 3k5. I ran about 1k every month and PIF for 6 months straight. I dont know 1 HP for 2k CL is it good?

10/2012 Started with 588 EQ Fico score and 20+ CA and CO
1750$ total CL
10/2013 in 700 Club
Personal :Total CL 196K
Business : Total CL 200K
Business LOC : 1M

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
