macys recon help please

i just got denied for the macys card, called the number here and the guy wasnt very helpful, stated lates for chase jun 2010. is there another number i can call or should i call back and speak to someone else? my scores are ex 708 eq 694 and TU 708.

I don't understand how I got approved and you didn't, my score was 666 at the time, 3 paid charge off from 2008, 2007, and 2008,  3 paid judgements one as recent as 2009, 2 student loans that have lates from 2010,  and I have a state tax lien that I am working on getting paid off. It wasn't much of a limit $600.00 and was the in store card. My income is 120,000 which I suppose helps.   I just don't get it. Have had the card about 3 months, charge an item every month.
