Hmmm interesting, after taking a quick peek at the list, I could find no reference to any of the various Cap1 cards...

That's an outdated list, FYI. Some of the cards on there don't even exist anymore

And anyway incomplete.   As galahad said, don't see any Capital One, and very few Chase and Citi.    Wonder if there was a "pay for inclusion" scheme
