I just recently(Feb 20) got a approved for the sig visa with 25k and navcheck for 5k (only requested that amount) After reading the board I realized that I should have asked for 15k on the navcheck. Well I just email via secure and asked them a few questions on how to request a CLI and wether or not would be a HP. Should I formally call and request a CLI TO 15K or should I wait for a respond to my secure email inquiry?
