Congrats! Navy is pretty awesome, especially with PCs. I got the goRewards in Nov, met the spending bonus, got a CLI to 10K and then called to PC to the Flagship since the wife and I have a joint cashRewards card. The rep was like let's wait until your $200 cashback shows up before we PC, just in case. I called the next day after the cash back posted to my account and also had a very smooth PC.

I was just approved for a gorewards card this week with a credit limit of $5,000 at 17.99% apr.
Couple questions.
I was wondering why you did not like it.
& what is the main purpose of doing a PC / product change? is that a personal preference or is there some kinda formula to it? could you explain this a little if you don't mind?
I am still learning all this!!
Thank you in advance!
How often can you do that? or how soon after recieving one?
Thank you so much for the response!

Not OP, but if you were approved for a $5k limit, you should try to PC to the cashRewards. It has a 1.5% cash back rewards structure compared to the 1% return on GoRewards - plus it's a Visa Signature card. Totally worth it.
