nervous..final amex cli reassurance

ok I am about to do a amex cli. Had it 18 months with no cli and 2 declines. Made mistakes like not pif before request.  So its paid in full, previous util was 60% its now around 15%. no baddies at all to speak of. Last request was January 3. I should be ready to go? is calling or electronic preferred?

I think utilization should be under 10% honestly.
Do it on their website. It makes no difference from what I've read here. But I would wait for util% to go down more.

I would say it depends. I used mine heavenly, PIF but my overall was like 30% when I did my 3xCLI at 61 days. (30% only because I normally pay after statement).
