No one is going to be a 100% guaranteed pull from EX or TU.  There are always surprises.

To answer your second question, we need more info about your credit profile.  How many accounts do you have?  How many were opened 6 months ago?  how many inquiries?  What derogatory remarks do you have on your reports?

[ Edited ]

I'm in New York. In my experience, Chase pulls EX.

Barclays is known to always pull TU, they may will also pull other reports on recon.

GECRB issued cards like Walmart, JCP, Lowe's, etc. pull TU.

+1 to kevin

Barclays and GE almost always pull TU, but there is always a chance they'll pull something else.
