That makes no sense to me whatsoever!!

I would send them a message through the website. Maybe you only talked to a frontline rep and not a credit specialist.

I am very new to NFCU and have only had my 2nd card through them 28 days and got a $5k CLI last night.

Do you have direct deposit in place with them?

No not anymore because I switched jobs and haven't set it up yet. I was only doing like $50 a month to my checking though since they aren't local for me. Otherwise I would strictly use them for banking as well. But I will send a message through my account and see what they say. THanks!
