Hi bamagirl. Every time I walk into my local NFCU branch they always advertise how they reimburse ATM fees for active military members. That's pretty sweet of them given how much our boys in the service travel. The downside to that is that they probably do not reimburse for non-active military.

Yep, they sure do for regular non-active as well. I have E-checking and get up to $10 rebated per month. Here are all their checking accounts with ATm rebates...
ATM Fee Rebates
These four Navy Federal checking accounts offer ATM fee rebates when you use Visa/PLUS® System ATMs. It's one of the ways we give back to members!
And don't forget, Navy Federal ATMs, CO-OP Network®, KeyBank® and MoneyPass® ATMs are always fee FREE for members!
