which credit card from paypal lets you finance a large purchase for more than 12 months ?

I don't know which one has financing options for 12 months or more, but I do know that PayPal Credit (used to be Bill Me Later) has 6 months no payments and no interest offers all the time. And it's a hidden tradeline, so it doesn't report to the bureaus unless you default.

What you're talking about is not a CC it's a credit line. It used to be called Bill Me Later and is now called PayPal Credit. Generally the deal is if you spend more than $100 or $200 (the offers are different for each person) you get 6 months with no interest/payments. More time around the holidays usually.
