paypal sc cli button disappeared

Anyone having the same experience? Does this mean paypal is not going to be giving out cli anymore?

I've had their MC since March and I've never seen it.


Others here have said that it comes and goes on PayPals site.

I had this card for several years and it comes and goes. I dont use this card like I once did. Many cards with better APR and rewards. They usually do one or two auto increases a year. All my auto increases have always been $1000.00 each time. I never saw a need to hit the CLI button on this card.
