paypal smartconnect account

hi everybody....

I have paypal smartconnect opened lil over a month ago for 300. (i was denied for PP MC and was given this instead).

and I just received my PP debit card which is hooked up to smartconnect which i am able to use it as regular credit card so thats nice.

But i want to get a either PP MC (again) or ebay MC....but i've been told that u can only have 1 paypal line of credit per paypal account(understood).

so i just opened a 2nd paypal account, i just funded my 2nd paypal account with some cash. (i was bored).

so now with my 2nd paypal account, Can i apply for either ebay MC or PP MC, or will i be denied and if denied, will it be a another smartconnect i'll end up with?

i do not want another sm account.

how can i get eith one of those two for my 2nd paypal account (is this possible?)

Afaik, PayPal/GE will eventually run the SSN and shut down one or both accounts. This thread discussed it further;

I'll share my process. I have had the smart connect for 3 years now and around the 4th of July weekend I decided to create a new PP account and applied for the PP MC. It was denied online and I knew it denied because of my smart connect account and so on Friday the 5th called them and up and the CSR told me it was denied for that reason and I told her that I applied because this is a different account. I explained that if they need to close the smart connect to open the PP MC I was fine with that. She then told me we don't want to do that in case youre denied or only approved for a smart connect. Next she placed me on hold to do a system override and transferred me to a fraud speciallst and I was only hold between the two CSR forks for 15-20 minutes. The Fraud specialist sent me a text with a 4 digit PIN that I had to tell him and then I was approved for 3K. 

I followed the lead of another fico forum member which worked for them and now myself.  TBH, I would wait before you try applying again since its only been about a month. I'd probably wait 6 months to a year to do that so they get some history from you on your smart connect. The worst thing that could happen now if you apply is that you get stuck with another smart connect account.
