I just called and closed the accounts, they didnt ask why, said they will close in 24-48 hours and mail us a check... lovely bunch of people with great retention skills

yes, I was fustrated with no preapprovals from them! so I closed so I dont have to keep logging in every quarter to disappointment!!!

Just logged in... preapproved for a credit card or loan. Clicked on the credit card button and got 17k across all their cards. Chose the amex as i've been considering it for some time... says status of approved now. Lets see if it still takes time to be transferred!
