pre approved CLI amex?

hi guys, have not posted in a while, I recieved an email from amex today saying:

your eligible for an exclusive offer... for a limited time only

in appriciation of your history with us you have been chosen to INCREASE YOUR CREDIT LIMIT BY $2000

this offer is valid until 7/14/2014

anyone ever got anything like this before? is it a hard pull? any info would be nice, didnt really know amex did non requested CLI's

Amex is never a HP.

and yes have seen some others... sounds like you missed your regular scheduled 61 day or 6 month CLI and amex is tired of waiting for you to request so they offered it to you! GO GET IT!
