citi dividend..sounds good...bofa said i was preapproved but dont they pratice raising your apr if u default on other credit you have ...is citi like that..

Mother has about 4 collection and and they are about 1,4,5 years old and she had no problem getting one. The CL sucks. Only 500 credit limit. Citi reward
