That is true but there are some sites that will require them to be the same. As in, they will only ship to a shipping address that is the same as the billing address. Most are not this way though.
What I was referring to earlier was me using someone else's billing address on Amazon by mistake that had nothing to do with my billing address or shipping address for that matter and the order still went through fine. Companies like Amazon really don't pay much attention to those things unless you have had issues in the past with payment.
