re-opening a card while in payment arrangment

I have a Chase card that I was closed back around jan/feb. I am currently in a payment arrangment with them and have one payment left. Has anyone ever had any luck with them to re-open the card? If so, how did you do it?

Chase is more than likely going to want you to reapply.I tried to open a closed Chase acct and i was told the acct was to old. 30 days..
