I did call to activate. But not about adding it. Tried chat said there were no available assistants to chat with at this time. So I sent a secure message. Might have to call but I'm waiting on a reply. When I got my 2nd Chase card I had to message them & they added the new card for me.

I had to have amex add all my cards under one account because I kept adding but unfortunately creating new online accounts for each card.
