I believe the reward structure is the same

No impact to your Freedom relationship, but you'll be basically foregoing some of the perks like travel rewards benefits and the CS has FTFs.

You will not be able to transfer points to travel partners. Therefore, losing all ability to use your points on UA, SW, Marriott, Hyatt, British AIr, etc.

Points from both cards will go into the same account; however you will only be able to use your UR points in the UR Mall. You will not be able to transfer them to 3rd party partners such as Marriott/United/Hyatt. You are very limited.
