The one place to use the Sallie Mae at Target is the prescription counter....No discount with the Redcard, Debit or Credit.

I've always gotten 5% at Target and Walmart with Sallie Mae. Google "Visa MCC code search" and use the tool to see what your local Target or Walmart is coded as. Whatever Visa codes it as, it should be the same code for MC.

I would second getting a debit or credit red card. 5 percent at every location, no cap, no worry about whether it will code right or not...comes off right there...just less hassle IMO
