I had no idea you made more points in the UR with the CSP over the Freedom.  That is a great perk.

Checking/Freedom/Sapphire and you can't lose.

Specially if you travel more than once a year.

Maybe at the end of the year, but highly doubtful.

Is this actually true? I just spot-checked a few merchants and they all had identical bonus point multipliers.

Re: shallow and immature. Have a Freedom, should I get a Sapphire Preferred?

I don't know b/t the Freedom and CSP, but I do know that between the CSP UR Mall and the UA MileagePlus ExplorerUR Mall the earning ratios are very different.  Just found that at Kohls on MP Explorer UR Mall you earn 1 extra point/$ and on the CSP UR Mall you earn 10 extra points/$.  I assumed that because these two Chase cards offered such different earnings, that the Freedom and CSP would also be different.

TU 743 as of 5/12
EQ 715 as of 10/13
EX Plus 780 as of 7/12

Cards in wallet: Chase Sapphire Preferred ($25k) Chase Freedom (8k) NFCU Platinum ($24k) HHonors Reserve ($11k)
United MileagePlus Club ($17k)
