Good to know you are okay. Hurricanes can be scary stuff. I lost everything in Hurricane Katrina. No power for one day will be a breeze! Try several weeks!!

Re: stop me.....

As someone from New Orleans ill give you a couple pointers. 1. Power will take longer than they estimate to come back on. Be patient and find a good spot that has power, if possible, to enjoy down time. 2. Enjoy the down time. Socialize with neighbors, play board games, drink, etc. 3. Be safe, when its curfew get your ass home and don't mess around with generators unless u know what your doing. 4. Lastly, enjoy the little things and help out thy neighbor. Some positives can come out of this if you are open to it.

So true, I used to live in Biloxi, Mississippi and as terrible as the ordeal was I have never seen so many good people come together to help one another out. That part was amazing.

Friends all came to my apartment to cook breakfast as a group and eat dinner together it was like a huge camp out at my place lol hot girls would come over to take showers, I'd kick everyone elseout, HEY I where's the TOWEL? right beside me.... can you bring it to me?   no....
