chase sapphire preferred approved with 650 ex score from experian with 10 inq 9.6k wow very surprise since chase just gave me 5k with the freedom last month.

Well done. I plan on apping for this card in June next year after home refi. Ive been hesitant to switch my from my Whitney bank account to using only Chase but their products seem to work better for me.

I think thats his total limit from NFCU. If you add up his Freedom and CSP he gets 14.9k CL and his signature has 15k next to Chase.
