when did target tighten up their belts with respect to CLI's?

 

at one point, i heard they were giving away store cards at the cashier line....

Starting Score: 682 EQ, 663 TU
Current Score: 687 EQ - 705 TU on 7/18/10
Goal Score: 700 + both EQ and TU

thanks DI - no my credit isn't pristine, that's for sure...i guess you can't win if you don't play.

Target has always been tight with CLI's, but they got worse recently when their credit division started losing money.
