Update.

I calledFriday and requested 10k. They pulled tu yesterday. Logged into online banking today and saw 7k. I should be able to convert now. Smiley Happy took just about a year.

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

FINALLY got this accomplished.

I called into customer service to see if there was a request put in for the conversion from the banker I had been dealing with.  She hadn't done it yet but I finally reached someone willing to hlep.  They initally said that there were no offers available (which i was aware of) and I said that there was a banker I was dealing with that communicated that she would process the upgrade for me just wanted to check and see if it was done.  This agen transferred me to a supervisor who ulitimately said the conversion was completed and I would get the card within 7-10 business days!

I wish it didn't take so long to have the card mailed but I am happy it finally got taken care of!  Hooray me

I had a Flex Perks card as well and they always said my account wasn't eligble because I didn't use the card that much. It only had a 1500 CL which I was running up and I PIF'd. The CL didn't meet my needs and they didn't want to CLI me without a HP or PC my card to Cash+ without a HP. Closed my account. Agent didn't even blink an eye.

However, good luck with your PC. It seems like something simple they could do over the phone. YMMV.

I am afraid it will be the same for me with my Flex Perks card. Got the card in May with a 3k limit. Really havent put much to in it (about 1800 total in almost 6 months). Wanted to upgrade to the flex travel rewards come next month but have a feeling i will not be eligible cuz havent used it much. They will probably want a HP for a CLI so i think im just going to close the account at the end of the year. Really dont have much use for it.
