Re: Got fed up with Cap one and cancelled my CC. What now?

Good for you; Cap One is a dead end for people with good scores like yours.

You should have little or no impact from closing as far as your current condition is concerned . Acquiring a new prime card such as BOA is a good idea.

You should have no trouble getting such a card with a nice credit limit with your scores, however, your scores alone won't do it. You must also have a good report without bks, cos, and such. If you do have any of these they must be old and will limit which banks you may apply with.

Good luck,

NMN

Where did you get the scores from? Those sound like True credit reasonings why scores are low.
