Ok ok here's a different scoop lol. I called Wade's number and the rep said that the ONLY cards I can apply for are the Flex Perks and Cash + since I am outside the service area. Said they have other cards that I couldn't apply for but wouldn't name them. Weird. Then I asked which bureau they pulled so I would know what to thaw. He said "for quality control purposes it's totally random and that I would need to unfreeze all 3. 
I politely thanked him and ended the call. So yeah use 800 444 1244 for phone app.

That's great news I hope their policy doesn't change if I plan to app later in the year really could use a 5% restaurant card. Am only getting 2% from amex Costco card on restaurants😃

I knew it worked for me 
They will all tell you to unfreeze all 3 but i have a feeling they will pull TU

Pulled TU for me in WA state. When you apply they'll let you know which bureau was pulled. Just unfreeze the one they pulled and call UW back so they can run the application. Freezing/un-freezing all 3 can be expensive, so I would recommend unfreezing all 3, do a big a spree, then freeze again if you wish.
You can also try opening an account with them (checking or savings) and after about a year or so, get a pre-qualification for the card? Last I checked, there isn't a branch in New York but I was sent one....also, try the online pre-qual and see if there are any offers there

I would love the cash + especially if they pull TU. Wondering if the are adverse to inq and/or new accounts. TU has 10 inq but nothing since Dec. 13. 5 new accounts in Nov-Dec 13 and one in Feb 14. 2 baddies from June '10. TU is 681 right now with approx 35% util and will be <5% around 5/15 when I would think about apping. Any thoughts?
