   I decided not to take the offer.  I got a JCpenny's card instead. Started at 800.00 and four months after having it's at 1800. The speigal charge off fell off my  reports this summer. Now Im waiting for capital one to come off this October and my reports will finally be clean.  I shop at Victoria's secret but not as much as Penny's so it worked out thanks all
