walmart LUV question

My cl is 700 but I haven't even had the card a month yet and have yet to charge anything to the card. However I would like to make a purchase but it slightly is over my cl. What are my chances of calling Walmart UW and explaining to them that would they show me a little luv?

Also isn't there a zero percent intro or something I seen that you can print off the web to use it in store? I'm looking to purchase a Canon T3I and I'm trying to weigh my options.

I forgot to add I have less than 10% util reporting

Did you activate your Walmart fico yet?

I made one purchase when I got my cli from 800 to 3k. And about 4 purchases total when I got bumped to 5k last month
Only had the card since end of July but my Walmart fico last month was 743 cause of low util

I haven't enrolled in paperless statements yet. Is it necessary before I request a cli?

While its not necessary too get the cli but when you enroll in e-statements you get a free transunion fico score every month
