Has anyone tried to get a CLI through Wal-Mart's New chat option. The link for a CLI on my account won't put the request in and I didn't know if I would have beeter luck calling or chatting with them.

just call them. it's automated. if you don't get what you want, speak to a UW after the fact.

Automated seems to be good. Try it and if not, go for the suggested backdoor way. Good luck

I requested a CLI on my WAL-MART card through their website. I was granted an additional $200.00. I only have had the card for 5 months, and used it twice for a total of $260.00.
