want this CC, what score do I need to be approved

i dont remember what the reason for denial as the last time i applied was may 2006, the inq falls off my CR this month. but at that time I had lots of collections so that most likely had a lot to do with it, now I am down to 1 collections and i am in the process with dealing with that, 2 weeks left for them to respond to my DV.
