I first apped for the csp in july 3 and was denied due to short time with chase i called the csr and recommend it i re-apped in 31days. First time i apped i got the we'll let you know in 7-10 days. I apped again today and got the your application needs more time to be reviewed. My scores are ex676 eq675 tu693 and have two cards with cl higher than 5k. Im gonna call them later on today but wanna know what you think my chances are...thanks

So i called and got declined again due to many new accounts open in 2 months(she said 8 so i guess the other 4 havent reported yet lol). The lady i talked to seem bored and like she just wanted to hung up on me. Should i try to recon again? Has anyone had luck recon with the same reason for denial? If i call what explanation should i give them? Or should i wait a 6 months to try again? Please help thanks

Took me four recon calls but I got my chase card today

What was your reason of denial? as soon as the lady answer the phone i knew i had a party pooper. Im gonna call again in a little bit

It sounds terrible but I hung up three times on people before I ever got a word out cause I could tell right away it was going to be a waste of time. Initial decline was for high utilization (61% - I just got married and moved as well and explained that to him) and some baddies from 6 years ago when I got put in the hospital for six months and laid off my job.

Were you also applying for the csp? She told me only reason i couldnt be approved was because of new accounts. I didnt know what to say back to that so i just said ok and hanged up. Im gonna keep trying until i have that metal card!!
