just tried mine (had too put in security questions since im on a new computer) logs in fine for me.

It did this to me too and I answered all the questions and even re-created my password and still nothing. I just got my card this month so I wonder if this is only happening to new accounts. Although, I never seemed to have this problem before so.....who knows. I just called in my card to check that my card activity is what its supposed to be and that I don't have a payment due so I'm good for now.
