I bought a MacBook Pro on my Blue Cash Preferred back in May. I did the same thing as popamode72 by letting them know ahead of time of the big purchase and the estimated price. No problems at all. Paid it off after 1 statement. Just didn't want to take that big of a hit at one time to my bank account. Haha.
