I'm planning on switching my PRG into an ED in January before the AF hits, so I'll hopefully do well for a "starter" (first Amex revolver despite my 6+ years of credit)

No Charge to revolver possible.

I know that there's no direct PC from Charge to revolver, what I'm going to do is apply for the ED first then close the PRG to retain the MR.

I tend to take amex initial clis on credit cards with a grain of salt. Unless its a 500 cl on a Optima or Zync, I consider the 61 day CLI as the real indicator of what amex thinks of you

+1 i agree completely. just got my first amex 2 months ago 3500 SL. Now at 10.500. so i guess not so bad. as i got it in 2 months only. will go for the big 24k in 6 months.
