Re: what was your first plastic card ever ...can you remember !

I had to rack my brain...besides the Kay Jewelers account that we opened in DH's name to get our wedding rings in 1991, the first REAL credit card I had was a Visa from Vystar (used to be called Jax Navy Federal Credit Union). Sadly they got included in our 2001 BK. Smiley Sad

Edited to add: Forgot to mention...CL was $1000.

Re: what was your first plastic card ever ...can you remember !

I had a Providian with a $1500 limit. I also apparently in the same month opened a Citi card with a limit of $1100 which I promptly closed the next month. I honestly can't remember even having the Citi card. 6 months after getting Providian I swapped it for a Discover with a $1500 limit. Sometimes I can't believe they gave me these on a part time student's income but so glad they did Smiley Happy
