I too got a mailer with a reply by date of Jan 31. And yes it does mention the double cashback. Does that mean I can still get the offer no matter when I apply provided it's before Jan 31?

That's a long time for a mailer (I got one, for a different card, yesterday that expires Sep 15th).   In theory yes, if you apply by that date you should get the terms of the offer, unless there are weasal words to the contrary in small print!   But always keep a copy of the mailer, so you can produce it if you run into problems.

well i mean i was approved for the card, just not the double cash back promo. it countered with a normal It with the worst APR lol.
