I have the black and green one. I like the white and green one too, but my wallet gets dirty easily, lol. The third one is cute too. Anyone know what color the magnetic strip is for the 3rd design? I heard the second design has a green strip.
Also, The Forward comes with a chip now? /WANT

The second one is what I have, very lovely. Third one is very ugly.

I like the second design as well. Sorry to resurrect a dead post, but when would I get to choose which design I want if I were to apply online over the weekend? Does anyone know?
Thanks!

All four are ugly but if I had to pick one, the first is the nicest. For some reason, they look like prepaid cards to me :/

I answered my own question - it looks like it is right on the application page. I'll probably give my 3rd app this week a spin tomorrow morning.

When you request an EMV card for the Citi Forward, they'll switch you to the black and green design - so there's no sense in picking a design. I have two Citi Forward accounts (don't even ask...) - one I have the white and green with green stripe. The other I had the blue and pinks, but now have an EMV card. I'm going to wait my white and green card is so unique I'll wait until it's automatically issued as EMV probably, or until a meaningful number of US merchants accept EMV.
