will I get approved for PenFed Cash rewards Visa ? Come inside

Applied last night and was not instantly approved, gave me the "review" thing.
 
Equifax is 673.
 
I have one 2 year old intalllment car loan with Pegasus CU
 
I have 5 credit cards with the average age being 5 years. Total credit history is 13 years.
 
Total revolving credit limit is 29K and I have a total revolving balance of 6,500.
 
(3) 30 day lates  1.5 years ago and (2) 60 day late 1.5 years ago and (1) 90 day late 1.5 years ago (all due to wife leaving me and not contributing)
 
No judgements, no BK's, nothing else negative on credit report.
 
Income is 92K gross with 9 years on the job.
 
 
I asked for a 10K limit Visa cash rewards card.
 
What do u all think ?
