I thought it was still in the 'pilot' phase and hadnt been rolled out for general distribution  yet. Perhaps someone with more knowledge can confirm.

I opened an account if February. According to customer service chat, the link will show up on my home page when the account is 6 months old.

I was informed by AMEX CSR that the service is not free, but rather by paid subscription. No thanks! I realize that not all CSR are knowledgeable about company policy and products.

sounds like typical amex csr cluelessness, they do have an paid product that provides fako scores. Credit secure or something like that.

I'm tired of waiting for it. I'm just gonna assume I'll never get it. I mean, if they have a database of all the US cardholders and a single template to display, why wouldn't they roll it out already? Are they afraid their high rollers will think it's too ghetto or something?
