I had a nightmare yesterday in dealing with the CSRs on my Uverse service.  Part of it was my fault but most of it was dealing with poeple who were doing a bad job from reading of of cards.

I almost cancled all my servces with them to go back to Time Warner.

I am sorry about those people loosing their jobs and a firend of mine who is a contractor there told me that there might be a strike so I wonder what part in this the union has played in all this.

wow, right now is not a good time for a strike. they will just make matters worse. i do not think congress will bail out ATT or Verizon. I think we have paid enough on bail outs. I am back on the unemployment line as we speak and it is not looking pretty out there
