So long as they are complying, I see no legal problems. However, point-and-click CRA reporting seems like it might be setting up a small business for a nasty surprise at the courthouse.
Legitimate debt collection is, well, legitimate. But a small business owner won't wanna just report and forget, and I don't think I'd wanna bet a $1000 FDCPA violation, plus lawyer fees, on a $99 software package.
