Bostonians may already be familiar with the concept, as Captial One states they have already placed several of their Cafes there. Chicago's is up and coming and this article pertains to Cap1's new marketing segment...croissants and checking.
I've never been inside the cafe but I've passed by it all the time on my way to Starbucks. It was really spacious and empty. Everyone can see inside (glass).
