Here's a great article in the Columbus Dispatch. They conducted a year-long investigation into "The Big Three" CRA's failures/consumer complaints, and there's discussion of the role of the newly created Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Hopefully this will eventually lead to much-needed reform.
