I have the Quicksilver Platinum MasterCard and received a phone call today from a fraud dept customer service rep stating that a new card will be issued to me due to a security breach. The rep did not have details but stated that it was similar to the Target data breach. The new card issue is a security measure and does not necessarily mean that my account has been compromised.
Has anyone else experienced this?
