Experian to start including rent history?

The article doesn't say whether EX will include this in their FICO score formula or their "Plus" score formula.

EX - 9/09 pulled by lender 802, EQ - 10/10-813, TU - 10/10-774

As it stands right now, if a tradeline is marked as a rental agreement it will be excluded from FICO scoring.  Can't say whether that will be the case for the non-FICO scoring models.
