I received a call from these guys regarding a phone bill I owed from 2004. I told the guy that this was beyond the SOL and they could not collect it, and not to contact me again. I received their letter stating the debt is too old to sue for... I was happy to get the letter, and rest assured if I hear from them again on this one they will get a complaint.
