I view Linda Almonte as sort of a Erin Brockovich. If it was not for her Chase would still be robo signing falsified documents, selling invalid bad debts, aggressively pursing incorrect debts that lack proper dicumentation, the lists goes on. This forced Chase and other banks to clean up their act, which they still have a ways to go.
